Your seller subscription is not active, so creating new reports is locked until billing is active.
Once subscribed, you can post inspection reports and earn $40 each time one of your reports sells. The more reports you post, the more earning potential you have.
Search for the property address, select it, then create the report. Uploading a PDF will automatically publish it to the marketplace.
